Obverse:
IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG
Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind. Classic portrait of Maximinus with his prominent brow and short beard.
Reverse:
FIDES MILITVM
Fides Militum - Loyalty of the Soldiers - standing facing, head left, holding two legionary standards, one in each hand. This was a key propaganda type for Maximinus, who was the first soldier-emperor elevated by the legions.
Nice example with a full, bold portrait. The reverse is a bit soft/struck on an uneven flan which is typical for this issue.
