Umayyad, AE Fals, Qinnasrin mint, Post-reform - Rare variety

Umayyad, AE Fals (broonze, 4.35g, 24mm), Qinnasrin mint, AH 77-132 / AD 697-750

Arabic title: الأمويون، فلس نحاسي، دار ضرب قنسرين، ما بعد الإصلاح النقدي

Obv: First half of kalima within two circles, 4 annulets between the two circles

Rev: Second part of Kalima, mint formula around

Ref: Album 84, Bone 3.1, cf. Stephen Album e-auciton 48 lot 1708

Note: Struck in Qinnasrin under the Umayyad Caliphate, this issue belongs to the immediate post-reform phase when Islamic coinage became fully epigraphic and standardized. Its rare “two-circle” kalima layout (Bone-3.1b) stands apart from the more common types, offering collectors insight into early experimental variations within otherwise uniform Umayyad mint output.
