The obverse typically shows a laureate or helmeted, cuirassed bust of Constantine facing right, emphasizing his imperial authority and military leadership. The reverse commonly features symbolic imagery such as SOLI INVICTO COMITI, depicting the god Sol standing left with raised hand and holding a globe, or other stabilizing imperial motifs used early in Constantine’s reign.
