Hispania – Carthago Nova AE Quarter Calco, Roman Provincial Coin

AE quarter calco, Roman provincial bronze coin, late Republican to early Imperial period.

Irregular flan and fabric, as typical for this scarce fractional denomination. An interesting example of local bronze coinage from Carthago Nova, one of the most important Roman mints in Hispania.
