Historically interesting piece:

Lucius Verus Sestertius – Parthian Captive Reverse

This bronze sestertius of Lucius Verus (AD 161–169) depicts his laureate portrait on the obverse and, on the reverse, a Parthian captive seated at the base of a trophy, hands bound behind his back, with captured arms before him. The type was struck at Rome around AD 165–166 and commemorates Rome’s victory in the Parthian War, during which Verus—despite his famously luxurious lifestyle in Antioch—received the titles Armeniacus and Parthicus for the successful eastern campaigns.
