As an Indo-Greek bilingual silver drachm, this issue documents the administrative and commercial integration of Greek and local traditions in the northwestern Indian subcontinent during the late 2nd century BC, employing Greek and Kharoshthi legends to address multiple language communities while asserting royal titulature and legitimacy across a culturally mixed frontier region.
