Antialkidas belongs to the Indo-Greek kings who maintained Hellenistic royal imagery and Greek titulature while issuing bilingual coinage for circulation in the northwestern Indian subcontinent; the pairing of Greek and Kharoshthi legends reflects administrative accommodation of multiple language communities and provides primary evidence for political authority, iconographic continuity from the Hellenistic world, and monetary integration across regions influenced by both Greek and local traditions.
