Description

25¢, ND-MS67, Off center, Clip, Reverse brockage, NGC.

Double errors are scarce, triple errors are like hens teeth. This coin presents one of those remarkable triple errors. Struck on a clipped planchet, the missing metal clearly visible along the edge. The strike is off-center, leaving much of the design shifted toward one side. Most dramatic is the brockage: one face shows an incuse, mirror-image impression left by a previously struck coin that remained stuck to the die.

Together, these features show a sequence of failures during blanking, alignment, and ejection, all captured on a single dramatic piece.
