Description

Br. India, George VI, 1938 Bombay (No MM), 1 Rupee, UNC/BU,

Pr. No. 233 / 9.9 (.917 fine)

Stunning example of the first year issue of George VI rupee coins. Lovely luster and strong strike, light finning is evident on the reverse (raised metal that escaped the collar, causing a disruption in the uniformity of the rim)
